Learn more: www.expoplatform.com Role Overview We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our team and drive day-to-day financial operations. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our business — you will keep our books pristine, manage client and supplier accounts, support the commercial team with contracts/commission calculations, and ensure our financial data is always accurate and up to date. You will work closely with our Finance Director and cross-functional teams across a fast-growing international SaaS company. Key Responsibilities * Bookkeeping & Payments: Execute daily bank reconciliations, prepare and issue client invoices, record supplier expense bills, and maintain accurate real-time cashflow records. * Ledger & Credit Control: Monitor accounts receivable and payable, proactively track outstanding supplier bills, communicate professionally with clients regarding due/overdue invoices, and keep both ledgers fully reconciled. * Contract Management & Calculations: Review signed customer agreements and addenda, verify deal values, recalculate event-related variables, and support monthly sales close activities. * Sales & Commission Tracking: Oversee salesperson balances and track sales pipeline adjustments to accurately calculate monthly/quarterly commissions * Data & Revenue Statistics: Maintain internal financial databases, compile financial metrics for operational reports, and assist in updating weekly revenue analytics (ARR, other). * Operational Support: Coordinate corporate travel/event expenses, handle administrative onboarding/offboarding, and financial checks (bank details collection, asset tracking, pay slips generation).
Requirements * Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * 3+ years of hands-on experience in corporate finance, management accounting, processing primary documentation, or general bookkeeping. * Tech Stack Proficiency: Practical skills with Xero (or similar modern cloud accounting software), proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, and familiarity with general accounting logic (PnL, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet). * Languages: Written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher), capable of communicating professionally with global B2B clients and an international team. * Personal Attributes: High level of mathematical accuracy, sharp attentiveness to details, analytical skills, and ability to work independently. * Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information. * Nice to have: Prior work experience in an international environment, SaaS/Tech companies, or experience with CRM tools (like Pipedrive, Planhat, Xero, CashFrog, FlowRev).
