Strategic Responsibilities: * Be responsible for implementing and coordinating the “People Partnership” model across all teams; * Help increase engagement, improve retention, and enhance the employee experience based on data (surveys, analysis of turnover results); * Provide support on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent development (assessments, succession planning); * Participate in initiatives to shape corporate culture and promote company values.
Operational Responsibilities: * Support performance management cycles (OKR/KPI, evaluations); * Collaborate with managers on employee relations and day-to-day HR matters; * Conduct exit interviews and provide practical recommendations; * Collaborate with the recruitment department on hiring and onboarding processes; * Provide recommendations on compensation and benefits based on market and internal data; * Conduct employee satisfaction and engagement surveys; * Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams.
Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience in HRBP / HR Generalist roles within BPO, IT, or service industries; * Experience in supporting performance management processes (OKR/KPI, evaluations) and employee relations; * Exposure to culture initiatives, internal communications, or employee engagement activities; * Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills; * Structured thinking with a hands-on, practical approach; * Ability to multitask and work with multiple teams in a dynamic environment; * English and Ukrainian at B2+ level.
