The product is a marketing platform that allows you to connect large companies (Adidas, Puma, Pfizer, Calvin Klein, Boss) with influencers for an advertising campaign.
We are especially interested in engineers who actively use Claude Code or similar AI coding tools in their daily work.
Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in web development
— Strong knowledge and experience in designing and developing web solutions using Python-related technologies
— Expertise in Python, with knowledge of Flask or FastAPI
— Knowledge of MongoDB or PostgreSQL
— Understanding of web technologies, protocols, and formats: HTTP, JSON, REST principles
— Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices using GitLab CI/CD and Docker
— Clear understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodology
— Practical experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools
— Readiness to use AI tools as part of the daily development workflow to speed up feature delivery, code generation, refactoring, and problem-solving
— Upper-Intermediate English, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
— Design and develop software solutions that meet business needs and follow software development best practices and standards
— Use Claude Code or similar AI coding tools in daily development to generate code, accelerate implementation, refactor, and build features faster
— Review, validate, tune, and improve AI-generated code to ensure quality, maintainability, and alignment with project standards
— Proactively drive technical direction, such as improving performance, preventing issues, and refactoring the codebase
— Develop and implement solutions considering architecture standards, processes, and tools
— Debug and troubleshoot technical issues
— Implement unit tests
