Responsibilities * Monitor, analyze, and report on key billing and support performance indicators and emerging trends. * Prioritize tasks based on business value and potential impact while balancing urgent requests with long-term strategic initiatives. * Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key metrics to support data-driven decision-making. * Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, measure the impact of billing changes, and drive continuous improvement. * Ensure data quality, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance. * Work with the billing team to determine their needs and develop an analytics strategy accordingly.
Requirements * 2+ years of experience in a similar analytics role, ideally as a Data Analyst within billing, fintech, subscription products, billing, or customer support. * Solid understanding of billing principles and payment systems, or a proven ability to quickly master new, complex domains. * Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets. * Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. * Ability to present analysis results in a clear and compelling manner.
Would be a plus: * Python skills for data manipulation and analysis (pandas, data visualization, statistics). * Solid understanding of statistics, including experiment design, statistical tests, correlation analysis, and segmentation. * Experience with subscription monetization products (understanding key metrics, user retention, churn analysis, and revenue optimization strategies).
