We’re looking for a Product Manager — Slot Games who understands the B2B iGaming industry from the provider side and knows how to transform ideas, player insights, and market trends into successful game products.
About the Role
This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on the development and performance of our slot game portfolio.
You will own the product roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle of multiple games, working closely with Game Design, Art, Development, Commercial, and Leadership teams to create products that deliver both player engagement and business results.
Important: We are specifically looking for candidates with experience working for a Game Provider. Experience only on the operator side will not be sufficient for this role.
Key Responsibilities * Develop and drive the product roadmap and backlog in line with company objectives. * Manage the full lifecycle of the games, from concept and validation to launch and post-release optimization. * Conduct market, competitor, and player behavior analysis to identify opportunities and trends. * Define product requirements and work closely with Game Designers, Artists, Developers, and Analysts. * Collaborate with Commercial and Account Management teams to gather operator feedback and market insights. * Make data-driven decisions using KPIs, player behavior metrics, A/B testing, and performance analytics. * Monitor game performance and identify opportunities for optimization and portfolio growth. * Present product initiatives, roadmaps, and results to stakeholders and leadership. * Ensure products align with commercial goals, player expectations, and market demands.
Requirements * 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in B2B iGaming game development. * Mandatory experience working for a Game Provider. * Strong understanding of slot game mechanics, player engagement, RTP principles, and monetization models. * Experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs. * Strong analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs, A/B testing, and customer feedback. * Experience collaborating with designers, developers, analysts, and commercial teams in Agile environments. * Ability to participate confidently in technical discussions and challenge decisions when necessary. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
Nice to Have * Experience launching games across multiple regulated markets. * Knowledge of certification and compliance requirements within iGaming. * Experience with game performance analysis and portfolio optimization. * Understanding of operator integrations and platform ecosystems.
