We’re looking for a leader who will take full ownership of a business unit — from economics to team and strategy. This is not a typical marketing or operations role. What you’ll be responsible for: * Managing unit economics, costs, and team efficiency * Making strategic decisions for the business unit * Building and developing a strong management layer (Team Leads) * Working deeply with funnels, performance, and analytics * Identifying and mitigating business risks at early stages
