We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team and help build an outstanding employee experience while continuously improving our HR processes. Responsibilities * Support employees throughout their entire journey with the company, from onboarding to offboarding. * Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, gather feedback, and maintain a high level of employee engagement. * Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. * Ensure HR documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date. * Monitor key HR metrics, including project profitability (margin) and other internal performance indicators. * Collaborate closely with Recruitment, Delivery, Sales, and other internal teams. * Resolve employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment. * Continuously improve and optimize HR processes and policies. * Maintain accurate employee data in the company’s CRM system.
Requirements * 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager. * Previous experience in an IT outsourcing and/or outstaffing company is a must. * Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher. * Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. * Understanding of HR metrics and experience working with HR analytics. * Experience improving and scaling HR processes. * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Highly responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
