Now we are looking for a Customer Support Manager to join our team and help deliver high-quality support experiences for our users while contributing to continuous product improvement.
What you’ll do: * Effectively address customer inquiries via live chats, emails, and tickets in Zendesk * Participate in refunds, chargeback, and cancelation requests procession * Report and escalate requests to QA and Development teams to improve the overall quality of our products * Monitor and respond to users’ feedback on different platforms such as Trustpilot, Appstore, Google Play, etc * Maintain knowledge base articles and ensure the information on the website is up to date when new features and functionality are released * Keep our support documentation up to date to ensure the fast team scaling if needed
Your professional qualities: * Prior experience in Customer Support is a plus. Understanding of B2C and subscription models is a great advantage * English — at least strong Upper Intermediate * Experience in Zendesk or any other familiar systems * Possibility to work in floating working hours * Experience working with Payment Service Providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and resolving chargeback disputes is a significant plus. * Good communication and negotiation skills * Responsible and attentive to details
Will be a plus: * Experience managing and responding to reviews on platforms such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Trustpilot
