We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Operations Specialist to own our HubSpot CRM and sales reporting functions. In this critical role, you will be the go-to expert for all things HubSpot, responsible for ensuring our data is accurate, our sales processes are efficient, and our teams have the reporting they need to make smart decisions.
What You’ll Do:
HubSpot & Operations * Own and administer our HubSpot platform — pipelines, workflows, automation, user access, integrations * Configure and improve HubSpot as our business evolves * Support the team with day-to-day questions and troubleshooting * Document processes so knowledge is shared, not siloed
Data & Reporting * Build dashboards and reports that actually get used — pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting * Run regular data audits and set data governance standards * Dig into sales and marketing data to surface trends and actionable insights
Collaboration & Enablement * Partner with sales to remove friction from their workflow * Work with marketing to ensure smooth lead handoff and attribution * Train team members on HubSpot best practices and new features
What We’re Looking For: * 2+ years as a HubSpot Admin, Sales Ops Specialist, or similar role * Deep HubSpot knowledge — Sales Hub, workflows, reporting, and automation * Strong analytical skills: you can build a report and tell the story behind it * HubSpot certifications (or actively pursuing them) * Organized, detail-oriented, great communicator across all levels of the team
Nice to have: * Experience in B2B SaaS or a high-growth startup * Familiarity with multi-product funnels or B2B sales methodologies
