We at Relevant Software are building the new-era operational hub for camper rental operators in the EU — a SaaS platform that replaces the spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and paper checklists most operators currently rely on to run their fleet. The first release targets the core operational loop: booking and quote management, digital vehicle handover and return with signed PDF records, fleet and customer management, and damage and maintenance tracking — solving the manual, fragmented burden these providers deal with today. The MVP is scoped for pilot launch with early operators in Q3 2026.
New project, fast-moving, AI-heavy. We need a BA who actually uses AI tools to move fast — not just talks about it — to run discovery, structure requirements, and prep the engineering team to start work, with no dedicated Tech Lead or Product Owner in place. What you’ll actually do in the first days * Plan the scope of work for the engineering team — realistic, despite an unclear brief. * Draw wireframes/prototypes of key screens — enough for designers and engineers to start from. * Write a Requirements Specification / PRD structured for agentic development. * Run a requirements workshop and get requirements approved at least 5-6 sprints ahead. * Write functional and non-functional requirements in a format engineers can act on. * Flag risks and ambiguities before they become delivery problems.
Requirements * 3+ years as a Business Analyst. * Real, hands-on experience with AI tools — not just listed in a CV. Able to show results: drafting backlog/specs via LLMs (ChatGPT/Claude). * Ability to turn a raw brief into a structured plan and requirements within hours, not days. * Experience in eliciting and prioritizing requirements under high uncertainty. * Strong functional and non-functional spec writing, including acceptance criteria, field-level validation rules, and flow definitions as distinct, testable deliverables — not folded into a general feature description. * Experience writing Requirements Specifications / PRDs structured for agentic development. * Experience running requirements workshops and getting requirements approved for 5-6 sprints ahead. * Comfortable maintaining a living PRD under continuous client feedback without scope or version drift — able to distinguish a genuine clarification from a scope change and route it accordingly. * Working knowledge of effort estimation (three-point/PERT or equivalent) — able to translate a new requirement into an hours-impact conversation with a client without escalating every change to a PM. * Experience maintaining a structured risk register (probability, impact, mitigation, ownership) rather than raising risks informally. * Experience with web-based systems and integrations (APIs, webhooks, third-party services). * Solid enough understanding of system architecture and technical constraints to speak the engineers’ language. * Excellent communication: stakeholder facilitation, expectation management. * Advanced English (written and spoken). * Previous experience with AI-generated UI tools such as Lovable, Bolt, v0, or Claude Design.
Nice to have * Experience with AI-driven products, familiarity with RAG systems. * BPMN/UML for process and system modeling. * UX prototyping experience or close collaboration with designers.
