We’re looking for a Senior SDR who knows that great outbound isn’t about sending hundreds of generic messages — it’s about understanding your audience, writing outreach people actually want to reply to, and consistently creating new opportunities.

What we’re looking for: * 3+ years of SDR or outbound B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or product company * Exceptional written communication skills — you know how to write personalized outreach that gets replies, not ignored * Experience running outbound across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, events, messengers, etc.) * Confidence with cold calling and starting conversations with prospects * Strong research skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different ICPs * Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to improve prospecting, research, personalization, and outbound workflows * Proactive, self-driven mindset — you spot opportunities instead of waiting for instructions * English B2+; an additional European language (German, French, Spanish, Polish, or another relevant market language) is a strong advantage
What you’ll do: * Identify and engage high-quality prospects across different channels * Build personalized outbound sequences and continuously test new messaging * Book qualified meetings for the sales team and generate new pipeline * Research target accounts and adapt outreach to different industries and personas * Work closely with Sales Team to improve outreach strategies and campaign performance * Experiment with AI and automation to make outbound smarter and more effective * Share insights from prospect conversations to help improve messaging, positioning, and our go-to-market approach
