We provide services in verticals such as Media & Entertainment, E-Government, E-learning, Construction Materials, and GameDev, collaborating with both startups and well-known companies.
This is a full-time role with direct influence on how our 55-person team works, grows, and stays engaged.
About the Role: You will own the full HR cycle for Redwerk — from hiring to performance to culture — in a horizontal company structure where HR isn’t just support, but a driver of change. You’ll work closely with the CEO/Founder and department leads, bringing AI-driven efficiency to HR processes while keeping the human side sharp.
Within this role, you will be responsible for achieving the following: * Build a proactive, ownership-driven culture * Cut time-to-hire with AI-assisted recruiting * Keep HR processes fast, not dragged out * Propose and track KPIs with managers * Improve retention and engagement with real data
Responsibilities: * Manage full-cycle recruitment with recruiters * Use AI to speed up screening and onboarding docs * Design onboarding that gets hires productive fast * Run performance reviews, build career tracks * Track HR metrics and report regularly * Partner with managers, surface issues early * Handle feedback, conflicts, offboarding * Support employer branding with marketing
Requirements: * 4+ years in HR, including IT outsourcing * Full-cycle HR experience * Hands-on AI implementation in HR processes * Proven results in retention or time-to-hire * Experience building, not just maintaining, culture * Comfortable in a flat, high-autonomy structure * Data-driven, comfortable with HR metrics * English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to Have: * HR across multiple jurisdictions (UA, PL, ES) * Building grading systems from scratch * Coaching or mediation background * Employer branding with measurable results
