We are looking for an HR Manager to join a fast-growing product company in the Online Casino & Sports Betting industry.

ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition * Manage the full recruitment cycle across all departments * Source, screen, and interview candidates * Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
People Operations * Lead onboarding and ensure a smooth employee experience * Build and improve onboarding, offboarding, performance review, and feedback processes * Maintain HR documentation, employment records, and internal policies
Employee Experience * Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture * Strengthen collaboration within a fully remote team * Be the first point of contact for HR-related questions
HR Strategy * Assist with compensation structures and grading frameworks * Collaborate with team leads on workforce planning * Contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline development
Requirements * 2+ years of experience in HR * Experience managing the full recruitment cycle * Previous experience in iGaming, Tech, or a fast-growing startup * Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle * Experience with ATS and HR management systems * Ability to build HR processes from scratch * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently * English — Intermediate+
