DevsX is a web and mobile development studio working with clients across the US and Europe. We are looking for a Client Solutions & Project Manager to work directly with one of our key clients — a global SaaS healthcare platform.
This is a client-embedded role. Your primary focus will be to own the full arc of client engagement: from product demonstrations and pre-sales through to enterprise onboarding and ongoing commercial support. In addition, you will contribute to project management tasks within DevsX across other engagements. Key Responsibilities Pre-Sale & Demonstration * Own and continuously refine a scenario-based demo library across the client’s products, tailored to Disclosure Leads, Transparency Officers, and Medical Writers. * Lead live product demonstrations from early discovery through formal evaluation, adapting depth to the audience’s technical and regulatory sophistication. * Respond to security questionnaires and technical due diligence in close coordination with Engineering. * Represent the client at industry events as a credible product and domain expert.
Client Onboarding & Time-to-Value * Own the structured onboarding journey from kick-off through go-live, ensuring clear milestones and a smooth handoff to ongoing Client Success. * Maintain and improve onboarding playbooks, configuration guides, and training materials, keeping them current with product releases. * Lead onboarding sessions for submission leads, medical writing staff, and IT stakeholders. * Identify and escalate risks — technical, process, or adoption-related — and work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to resolve them. * Capture structured client feedback on product gaps and workflow fit, and bring insights directly into product roadmap conversations.
Commercial Contribution * Maintain awareness of pipeline activity and client health; proactively flag expansion and upsell opportunities to the commercial team. * Build trusted relationships with day-to-day product users and champion-level contacts at client organisations. * Contribute to win/loss analysis by documenting demo feedback, competitive objections, and evaluation outcomes. * Support renewal conversations by quantifying client ROI and documenting value delivered since go-live.
Project Management at DevsX * Alongside the client engagement, you will support DevsX’s internal operations as a project manager across other active projects. This is a secondary but consistent part of the role. * Coordinate communication between clients and the DevsX development team on other engagements. * Maintain project timelines, track milestones, and flag delivery risks proactively. * Help prepare scopes of work and effort estimates for new DevsX proposals when needed. * Participate in internal retrospectives and contribute to improving DevsX delivery processes.
Required * 4-8 years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical onboarding role within a SaaS company. * Demonstrated ability to run high-quality product demonstrations to enterprise buyers, including C-suite and regulatory/compliance stakeholders. * Experience owning structured client onboarding programmes, including playbook design and cross-functional coordination. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to translate technical capabilities into business and regulatory value. * Comfortable navigating enterprise security conversations: SSO, MFA, data residency, audit logging, and vendor risk questionnaires.
Strongly Preferred * Working knowledge of clinical trial transparency frameworks: EMA Policy 0070, EU CTR, WHO ICTRP. * Familiarity with clinical document types — CSRs, protocols, ICFs — and the anonymisation and submission workflows that govern them. * Prior exposure to the pharma/biotech/CRO buyer landscape, including procurement cycles and compliance validation (CSV/GxP). * Experience with AI-assisted tools in a regulated environment, including the ability to explain model behaviour in a compliance-conscious context. * Hands-on with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and onboarding platforms; comfortable with adoption metrics and light data analysis.
