Requirements: * 4+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst. * Hands-on experience with SQL and Python/R. * Experience in core data science activities: extracting data from SQL data stores, exploratory data analysis (EDA), strong data modeling experience, data visualization, and reporting; data modeling. * Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools: Tableau (preferable), Qlik, Power BI, Looker, Adobe Analytics, etc. * Any experience with cloud data warehouses (preferably Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery) * Familiarity with dbt for transformation. * Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities. * Proven ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights and value propositions. * Track record of solving complex data problems with an investigative mindset. * Innovative and quick thinker with an out-of-the-box approach to challenges. * Flexible, self-motivated, proactive, and critical thinker. * At least Upper-Intermediate English; fluent in Ukrainian.
Key Responsibilities: * Create rock-solid reports and clear, interesting data visualizations. * Develop a deep understanding of the data architecture, its related datasets, and the interactions between them. * Collaborate across multi-functional teams. * Automate frequent reporting requests to maximize efficiency. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify business and reporting requirements. * Analyze complex transactional data to uncover insights and inform model design. * Build and maintain dimensional data models tailored for reporting and self-service BI. * Develop interactive dashboards and reports that help drive decision-making across the business. * Serve as the go-to person for aligning business needs with data-driven solutions.
