Project: We are looking for a UX / Product Designer to join an AI-powered platform that enables virtual workers to collaborate alongside human teams, helping businesses automate, delegate, and scale operational workflows through intelligent AI agents integrated into real business processes. In this role, you will design the product end-to-end, creating intuitive, polished user experiences for complex B2B workflows while contributing to the growth and consistency of the design system as the platform scales. Working closely with product managers, engineers, leadership, and the existing designer, you will transform business requirements into developer-ready designs that deliver a seamless and engaging user experience. We are looking for someone who can quickly understand an existing product, collaborate effectively across teams, and make an immediate impact in a fast-growing startup environment.

Requirements:
* 4+ years designing B2B, SaaS, or complex web products end-to-end.
* Expert-level Figma skills.
* Hands-on design-system experience, including components, tokens, and reusable patterns.
* Strong portfolio of shipped complex web applications.
* Strong UX and product thinking — able to simplify complicated flows and explain decisions clearly.
* Excellent visual craft, interaction design, and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote startup environment.
* Strong collaboration skills with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Design end-to-end product experiences: flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
* Create polished, developer-ready designs in Figma, including states, edge cases, and interaction details.
* Own and extend our design system: components, tokens, reusable patterns, and documentation.
* Partner with product and engineering from problem definition through shipped features.
* Simplify complex workflows into intuitive, trustworthy user experiences.
* Help establish design standards, reviews, and design-to-development workflows as the team grows.
* Review implementation quality and ensure shipped product experiences are polished and consistent
Nice to Have:
* Experience designing AI products, automation tools, dashboards, workflow platforms, or internal tools.
* Experience with enterprise SaaS, permissions, settings, data-heavy interfaces, or multi-step workflows.
* Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design best practices.
* Basic understanding of front-end constraints and design-to-development handoff.
