At Growity Tech, we build educational products that move people forward — and great products need great creative leadership behind them. We’re looking for a AI Motion Lead who doesn’t just produce strong creative, but builds the systems, tools, and team practices that let creative production scale fast without losing quality.
What’s required
* 3+ years of experience in motion design for performance marketing, with a track record of leading or mentoring other designers
* Deep proficiency in After Effects, Figma, Premiere Pro, Photoshop/Illustrator
* Hands-on experience building AI-driven production pipelines (generative video, image synthesis tools like Veo 3, Sora, or similar) — not just using them, but systematizing their use across a team
* Proven experience designing and implementing process automation: template libraries, workflow tools, production frameworks that reduce turnaround time
* Strong analytical thinking — you test, measure, and iterate on both creative and process
* Excellent grasp of composition, typography, and color, applied with intention
* Ability to take ownership of a production pipeline end-to-end and lead others through it
What you’ll do
* Team & process leadership — build and own the motion production workflow, set quality standards, and mentor designers on the team
* AI-powered production at scale — drive adoption of AI tools (Veo 3, Sora, and emerging tools) across the creative team, systematizing how variations are generated and tested
* Automation & tooling — identify bottlenecks in creative production and implement automation (template libraries, AI plugins, pipeline tools) to speed up output without sacrificing quality
* Creative direction — set the bar for static and motion banners grounded in briefs, data, and clear reasoning
* Market intelligence — lead competitive research, identify creative gaps, and translate findings into actionable production strategy
* Cross-functional leadership — partner closely with marketers and designers to align creative output with campaign outcomes

* Experience with UGC-style video formats for paid social
* Solid understanding of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, hook rate) to inform creative and process decisions
* Familiarity with ad management platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads)
