Our AI Voice & Messaging Player Activation Platform helps casino and betting operators turn registrations into deposits and reactivate inactive players — improving Reg→Dep conversion and player LTV at a scale human call centers can’t match. Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a hands-on Account Manager who will own day-to-day client relationships — from the first kickoff message through project preparation, launch, and beyond. You will be the client’s main point of contact: collecting everything needed to launch projects, keeping statuses under control, maintaining documentation, gathering feedback, and growing accounts through upsells — in tight collaboration with our delivery team.
About You
You have hands-on experience managing client accounts — ideally as a Support Affiliate Manager, Affiliate Manager, or in a similar client-facing role in iGaming. You are organized and structured, comfortable running many parallel client threads, and you keep nothing slipping through the cracks. You build warm, trusted relationships with clients and naturally spot opportunities to grow accounts.

Responsibilities: * Serve as the client’s main point of contact and manage the full communication cycle, especially during project preparation and launch stages. * Collect and structure all necessary information from clients ahead of launches. * Monitor and control project statuses at every stage, keeping both the client and the internal delivery team in sync. * Fill in and maintain client-related documentation (project trackers, briefs, spreadsheets, reports) accurately and on time. * Collect client feedback after launches, monitor satisfaction, and maintain a strong, ongoing client relationship. * Identify and execute upsell opportunities: launching new projects for the client (new segments, funnels, GEOs) and scaling volumes on existing campaigns. * Onboard clients to the platform
Requirements * 1–2+ years in a client-facing role in iGaming, Gambling, or Betting — Support Affiliate Manager experience is the ideal background; Account Management / Affiliate / Retention / CRM also fit. * Experience managing B2B clients and running a full communication cycle. * Strong self-organization and attention to detail: comfortable maintaining documents, trackers, and statuses across a high volume of parallel requests. * Understanding of key iGaming metrics: ROI, LTV, GGR, NGR, Reg→Dep conversion. * English — confident working level.
Nice to Have * Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models and where they apply. * Experience working with CRM tools (Customer.io, Smartico, Optimove, or similar). * Experience in a performance call center or retention team.
