REQUIREMENTS * Experience working in game art development; * Drawing in different art styles (cartoon, casual, semi-realistic, realism); * Ability to work with any graphic part of the project (interface, backgrounds, characters, gameplay); * Free skills in Photoshop, and graphic tablet; * Ability to perform tasks in strictly defined terms; * Knowledge of the English language — Intermediate level and above; * Experience working with AI (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion); * Understanding the principles of 2D animation; * Leading experience; * Portfolio is required.
Responsibilities:AI * Supporting team members with AI tools, recommending approaches, and optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency; * Planning and scheduling the AI artist’s workload; * Creating step-by-step instructions and workflow documentation, complete with visual examples of tool utilization; * Sharing new knowledge and techniques with the team to enhance overall productivity.
Art * Creating illustrations from initial sketch to final render; * Preparing assets for animation and export; * Ensuring stylistic consistency across the project, controlling compliance of all assets with the approved art style.
Art Leading * Estimating and decomposing tasks, as well as preparing brief materials for upcoming assignments; * Planning team workload and analyzing which artist is best suited for a specific task; * Providing detailed, comprehensive feedback and overpaints for team members; * Assisting artists with goal setting and professional development; * Reviewing candidates and test assignments, conducting interviews with potential team members, and collaborating with the recruitment team; * Communicating with clients, running feedback sessions, and relaying client notes back to the artists;
