Requirements: — Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or Economics (obtained or in final year). — Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher (both written and spoken, business correspondence style). — Understanding of payment flows, banking procedures, and onboarding requirements for corporate clients. — Excellent written communication skills, ability to maintain professional and polite correspondence with international partners. — High attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills. — Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. — Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
Would be a plus — Experience in corporate documents, AML/CTF documentation, and with application for account opening for fintech or crypto-related companies. — Knowledge of European and international banking systems (SEPA, SWIFT, EMI, PSP frameworks). — Experience in working with financial institutions, PSPs, or EMI onboarding processes will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities Bank & PSP Relations: — Prepare and submit full account opening packages for a group of companies across multiple jurisdictions. — Communicate with account managers and compliance officers to coordinate onboarding stages and respond to due diligence requests. — Track application statuses, maintain internal reporting on active and pending accounts. — Negotiate account terms, tariffs, and service conditions with financial institutions and PSPs. — Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with partner banks and payment providers.
Compliance Support: — Ensure that all account opening documentation meets AML/KYC requirements. — Review and update internal records, shareholder registers, and corporate documents used for onboarding. — Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to align company profiles with regulator expectations.
Operational Coordination: — Monitor payment flow schemes for correctness and compliance. — Assist in describing business models, transaction flow explanations, and source of funds statements. — Maintain structured communication with external partners — always in a professional, diplomatic, and — respectful manner.
