We are looking for a motivated person with basic experience in an IT outsourcing or software development environment who wants to grow into a strong IT Sales professional.

Requirements: * 1+ year of commercial experience in an IT outsourcing company (ideally 2+) in Sales or other client-facing roles (Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Customer Success, etc.) * Experience participating in or conducting client meetings, discovery calls or business discussions * Good understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing services * English level B2+ * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand clients’ business needs * Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and willingness to actively leverage AI in daily work * Proactive mindset, ownership and willingness to learn * Motivation to build a long-term career in IT Sales
Responsibilities: * Learn our services, expertise and successful client case studies * Research prospective clients and prepare for discovery meetings * Participate in discovery calls together with senior sales managers and technical consultants * Communicate with international clients and identify their business needs * Prepare meeting notes and maintain CRM records * Support the sales process throughout different stages of the client journey * Continuously develop your sales, communication and consulting skills * Gradually take ownership of client communication and become a more independent IT Sales Manager
