We’re looking for a Lead Recruiter to join our team, lead the recruitment department, and take ownership of hiring key roles across the company.

Team size and structure You’ll lead an experienced, collaborative recruitment team of 5, reporting to the COO. You’ll work closely with Hiring Managers from the Delivery, Sales, and Account Management teams, and you’ll also communicate directly with clients. Interview stages * Interview with the Recruiter — 30 min * Intro call with the COO — up to 30 min * Interview with the Recruitment Advisor — 60 min * Culture-fit interview with a few peers from the management team (we might ask you to prepare a short slide presentation to solve a theoretical case) — up to 90 min * Culture-fit interview with the top management team — 45 min * Culture-fit interview with the current recruitment team — 30 min * Mandatory reference check as the final step
We’d be happy to meet you in our Lviv office if you’re located nearby. Requirements * 5+ years in IT full-cycle recruitment * 2+ years leading a recruitment team of 5-10 people * Experience leading recruitment in medium-sized service/IT companies (200+ employees) * Proven track record hiring in international markets (Balkans, Europe, LATAM) alongside the Ukrainian market * A track record of closing complex, hard-to-fill roles — not just through sourcing, but by finding non-standard solutions, taking ownership, and driving them to a result * A fast and effective problem-solver who takes responsibility rather than waiting for the process to catch up * Hands-on experience working directly with hiring managers or clients: negotiating requirements, learning from retrospectives, proactively coordinating with stakeholders (sharing updates and next steps to improve time-to-fill), and building trust * Experience implementing AI tools in recruitment, plus a mindset for automating and optimizing processes * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Analytical thinking, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach * Comfortable operating without rigid, pre-written processes — you’ll shape them as you go * Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with an experimental mindset * A real sense of urgency, and a constant drive to improve yourself, your team, and your processes * Upper-Intermediate or higher English (written and spoken)
Responsibilities * Manage and grow the recruitment team of 5 — support, mentor, and build a result-driven culture * Improve speed of closing across the team — this is a key priority, and you’ll own the metrics and the process changes that drive it * Personally take on hard-to-fill and complex roles, finding non-standard solutions and driving them to closing * Partner closely with internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Clients, Delivery, Sales) to understand hiring needs and urgency * Keep close communication with Hiring Managers and drive a culture of partnership across the team; you won’t be alone, other teams support you * Encourage a data-driven approach — reports, insights, structured candidate feedback, and KPIs * Track and improve recruitment team effectiveness (time-to-fill, fill rate, pipeline health) * Drive process improvement and automation, including implementing AI where it adds value * Be comfortable working in a growing company where roles and responsibilities keep evolving and ownership is often shared across departments
