Requirements
* Experience leading a design team.
* Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, laws, and design patterns.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and product design.
* Experience managing and mentoring a team of designers.
* Experience in hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and growing designers.
* Ability to establish and maintain design processes and standards.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
* Proficiency with design tools such as Figma.
* Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders.
* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience in the iGaming industry.
* Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance the design process, accelerate ideation, and improve productivity
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the design team.
* Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
* Define and evolve the design strategy and processes.
* Own, maintain, and continuously improve the product design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adoption across teams.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences.
The Interview Process:
* 30 minute Recruiter call.
* 60 minute call with CTO and Head of BA.
* A test assignment may be required.
