We’re looking for a Growth Product Lead to strengthen our Product team and drive the global scaling of our products. This is a high-impact leadership role — you’ll own product development across the entire company portfolio and lead a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Designers, and CRM Managers.
You’re a great fit if you have: * 3+ years in PMM / PdM / Growth Product roles, with proven experience leading a team or function * Strong skills in task-setting and communication with dev and design teams * Deep, hands-on experience with A/B testing * Analytical skills (Amplitude / Tableau / Looker or similar) * A track record in CRO optimization * Real experience with monetization, unit economics, subscriptions, and billing models (pricing, offers, upsells) — and a data-driven mindset to match * Solid understanding of mobile app and web industry trends, onboarding best practices, and web-to-web / web-to-app funnels * Experience hiring and onboarding PMM/product specialists * A history of standardizing and scaling processes for a PMM function across multiple products
Will be a plus: * Experience launching projects from scratch to full delivery (especially in marketing) * Additional experience in marketing, product, or analytics * Understanding of release and store-review processes * Experience managing PMM work across several products/units in parallel
What you’ll do: * Strategic vision for the PMM function across all products — partnering closely with Growth Managers to align PMM strategy with unit growth goals * Backlog ownership, from idea to launch, with sharp prioritization * Market research and identifying (then implementing) the monetization models that actually move the needle * Deep-dive work with analytics, metrics, and financial performance * Cross-functional collaboration to scale products within their category * Hiring and onboarding new PMM talent * Running regular team checkpoints, offering hands-on technical support, and sharing your lead-level expertise * Driving alignment across and within teams * Building and standardizing processes for the PMM function * Leading training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, both within the team and beyond
