Together, we’ll be shaping the growth of Impulse — driving user acquisition for our web funnels, the fastest-growing and most high-impact stream in Impulse and Headway Inc in general. What will you do: * Launching, optimizing, and scaling performance campaigns. * Managing funnels end-to-end — from setup to performance tracking. * Integrating AI tools to streamline and enhance workflows. * Testing new strategies, tools, and technologies.
What do you need to join us: * 1+ years of experience with Meta/TikTok/Google Ads. * Experience managing large-budget campaigns. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher. * Strong communication skills — you express ideas clearly and confidently. * You enjoy building and scaling new solutions to get better results. * Alignment with the values of our team (more about us — here). * Experience with web funnels will be a plus.
