Why this role exists: This role exists to increase customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value through data-driven CRM initiatives. You’ll help us build meaningful customer relationships by designing, optimizing, and scaling personalized CRM campaigns that deliver measurable business impact.
What you’ll drive: CRM Strategy & Customer Retention — Own the execution of CRM initiatives that improve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty. — Develop customer lifecycle journeys for different audiences and behavioral segments. — Identify new retention opportunities using customer insights and business data. — Continuously evolve CRM strategies based on performance, market trends, and customer behavior.
Campaign Execution & Optimization — Build, launch, and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push, in-app, SMS, and other communication channels. — Design personalized customer experiences using segmentation and behavioral triggers. — Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve campaign effectiveness. — Optimize campaign performance through continuous experimentation and iteration.
Data & Performance — Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. — Translate complex data into actionable recommendations. — Apply predictive analytics to anticipate customer needs and reduce churn. — Define, monitor, and improve key CRM performance metrics.
Cross-functional Collaboration — Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Customer Support teams to deliver impactful CRM initiatives. — Align campaign priorities with business objectives and product launches. — Coordinate campaign delivery across multiple stakeholders while ensuring quality and timely execution. — Share insights and recommendations that influence customer engagement strategy.
What makes you a GR8 fit: Must-have — Previous experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar CRM role. — Strong understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle management, and retention strategies. — Experience planning and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns. — Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into business decisions. — Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and campaign management tools. — Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. — Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Nice-to-have — Experience working in high-growth digital products or tech companies. — Knowledge of experimentation methodologies and statistical analysis.
