We’re looking for a Head of HR who will help us build the next generation of our People function by combining operational excellence, AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
You’ll work closely with company leadership to improve how we hire, onboard, develop, engage, and retain people. At the same time, you’ll help us rethink traditional HR processes through automation, AI agents, and people analytics — creating a function that scales with the company instead of simply growing alongside it.

Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
Own and continuously improve core HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
* Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, probation periods, and HR documentation in PeopleForce.
* Coordinate HR-related activities with Finance and Legal.
* Ensure HR operations remain efficient, scalable, and well documented.
Recruitment & Talent
* Own the end-to-end recruitment process together with hiring managers.
* Conduct interviews and support hiring decisions.
* Continuously improve candidate experience and onboarding.
* Use AI and automation to improve sourcing, screening, scheduling, and recruitment workflows.
People Analytics & Performance
* Build a measurable people management system that helps leaders make better decisions.
* Define HR KPIs together with company leadership and Delivery Management.
* Develop employee effectiveness metrics that go beyond traditional HR reporting.
* Build dashboards that provide visibility into engagement, performance, workload, hiring efficiency, onboarding success, and organizational health.
* Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities using data rather than assumptions.
AI & Process Automation
We’re building an AI-first company, and HR is an important part of that journey.
You’ll help us:
* Automate repetitive HR processes using AI and workflow automation tools.
* Design AI-assisted HR workflows for recruitment, onboarding, reporting, internal communication, and employee support.
* Partner with Delivery Management to introduce AI into employee development, competency growth, and day-to-day collaboration.
* Evaluate and implement modern HR technologies that improve productivity and employee experience.
* Encourage practical AI adoption across the company.
Employee Experience
* Support managers in employee development, performance discussions, and people-related challenges.
* Improve engagement, feedback, wellbeing, and recognition programs.
* Identify early burnout signals and recommend proactive actions.
* Help create an environment where people can do their best work.
Continuous Improvement
* Challenge existing HR processes and continuously look for better ways of working.
* Build scalable HR workflows that support company growth.
* Lead HR improvement initiatives across departments.
* Administer employee feedback surveys (eNPS, engagement, onboarding, wellbeing) and turn insights into measurable improvements.
What You Will Bring
* 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the technology industry.
* Experience improving HR processes rather than simply maintaining them.
* Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, onboarding, and employee development.
* Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (PeopleForce is a strong advantage).
* Interest in AI, automation, and modern HR technologies.
* Experience working with HR metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong ownership, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
* High emotional intelligence and the confidence to challenge the status quo when needed.
