Our client is a rapidly growing international iGaming company with 1,000+ professionals across multiple jurisdictions and offices in Limassol, Dubai, and Warsaw. Over the years, we have built a diversified portfolio of successful products, strong operational expertise, and scalable technology that powers our global growth.
As part of our strategic expansion, we are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead and scale our operations within Tier-1, LATAM, or Asian markets. This is a high-impact executive role with full ownership of regional business performance, market expansion, and long-term growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Leadership
* Lead the regional business with full accountability for operational and commercial performance.
* Define and execute the long-term growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
* Build, mentor, and develop high-performing leadership teams.
* Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and operational excellence.
Market Expansion
* Develop and execute market entry and scaling strategies across Tier-1, LATAM, or Asian regions.
* Evaluate new GEO opportunities, licensing requirements, and go-to-market models.
* Identify strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments.
Business & Financial Management
* Own regional P&L and ensure sustainable business growth.
* Drive key business metrics including GGR, NGR, EBITDA, ROI, CPA, LTV, and retention.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Optimize operational efficiency while maximizing profitability.
Operational Excellence
* Align Product, Marketing, CRM, Payments, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support to achieve business objectives.
* Establish scalable operational processes and performance reporting.
* Drive data-driven decision-making across all business functions.
* Collaborate closely with global executive leadership to execute company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
* 3+ years of executive leadership experience (CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, or equivalent).
* Proven success leading B2C iGaming operations.
* Strong experience operating within Tier-1, LATAM, or Asian markets.
* Demonstrated ownership of P&L and business strategy.
* Experience launching, scaling, or transforming online gaming operations.
* Deep understanding of acquisition, CRM, payments, product, compliance, and commercial operations.
* Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
* Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
