We’re currently looking for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will collect, process, and analyze performance data from multiple advertising platforms, identify trends and anomalies, and develop clear dashboards and actionable reports for management. You will maintain commercial terms data, verify data integrity against invoices, resolve discrepancies, and automate existing reporting and verification processes.
Requirements
* Master’s degree in the Technical, Math, or Economics sphere
* 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in digital advertising, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing
* Prior experience in media buying platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, NewsBreak, SnapChat etc.) is a strong plus
* Exposure to affiliate networks and understanding of CPA, CPL, and RevShare models is a strong plus
* English proficiency: C1 Advanced
* Expert level in SQL for data extraction, combination, and update
* Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (preferably Google Data Studio/Looker; also Power BI, Tableau)
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
* Understanding of tracking systems (Voluum, RedTrack, AppsFlyer, etc.) is a strong plus
* Experience with data insights research using AI/LLMs is a strong plus
Responsibilities
* Collect, process, and analyze performance data from media buying campaigns and affiliate networks
* Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
* Prepare clear dashboards and actionable reports for management
* Spot underperforming campaigns and recommend data-driven adjustments
* Propose scaling strategies for high-performing traffic sources
* Monitor affiliate network performance across multiple platforms
* Support negotiations with advertisers by providing data-backed insights
* Work closely with media buyers and affiliate managers to translate analytics into actions
* Suggest A/B and multivariate tests for creatives, placements, and targeting
* Ensure accurate campaign tracking and data quality
Will be a plus:
* Experience managing teams of 3 or more people.
* Experience in affiliate marketing.
