Responsibilities:
* Own and continuously improve core HR processes — including adaptation, onboarding/offboarding, performance assessment, employee development, and motivation.
* Partner with product CEOs on day-to-day people matters — providing guidance, facilitating discussions, and helping drive sound decision-making.
* Build strong communication with employees and team leads — running regular 1:1s, resolving conflicts, and finding balanced, win-win solutions.
* Promote corporate culture and values through everyday practices and team interactions.
* Design and implement employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the HR team — grounded in data insights and focused on measurable outcomes.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, keeping them relevant and effective.
* Analyze HR analytics and make data-driven decisions across culture, engagement, and team health initiatives.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as an HR professional, with a focus on managing the full employee lifecycle, ideally within a product company.
* English level B1+.
* Working knowledge of HR analytics and comfort using data to inform decisions.
* Solid understanding of HR best practices and employee engagement techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships with employees.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset — comfortable pushing things forward, challenging the status quo, and taking ownership to get things done right.
