We are looking for a Hardware Systems Engineer to be among the first to help establish our technical footprint in Kyiv. You will play a hands-on role in developing, building, and testing prototype hardware for cutting-edge Counter-UAS (CUAS) systems turning bold concepts into field-tested solutions. This is more than a job. It is a chance to build something new both in hardware and in team spirit. What You Will Do In this role, you will transform concepts into working hardware — designing, building, and testing advanced Counter-UAS systems that perform where it matters most. * Design and assemble electronic systems with integrated mechanical components for field testing. * Develop schematics, PCB layouts, and wiring harnesses for functional prototypes. * Conduct lab and field tests, analyze results, and iterate on designs for performance and reliability. * Collaborate closely with our Danish R&D team to bring prototypes to life and collect real-world data from tests. * Work across disciplines — radio, electronics, firmware, and mechanical — to develop cohesive system-level solutions. * Document builds, testing data, and provide input that drives product development and refinement.

Your Professional Background
We imagine you have: * A BSc/MSc in Electronics or equivalent experience (Mechatronics knowledge is a plus). * 3+ years of experience in hardware prototyping or electronics design. * Solid skills in RF and baseband systems including use of spectrum and network analyzers. * Experience with PCB design tools (we use OrCAD) and lab testing of RF, analog, and digital circuits. * Familiarity with embedded systems and sensors. * Experience with CUAS, UAV, or defense hardware (preferred). * Knowledge of MIL-STD or rugged electronics standards (an advantage). * English and Ukrainian proficiency (required). * Willingness to undergo a background check, as part of our commitment to security and responsible innovation (required)
