Top Netics is an AI-native venture builder: we build and scale our own tech products across MENA, the US, Europe, and Africa — on our own and in partnership with investors, from first idea through launch and growth.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who will build the marketing strategy for each product we create, while also shaping the marketing and brand of Top Netics as a company.
The role
The core of this role is building marketing strategy directly for the products we launch: growth strategy, funnel metrics, traffic allocation, an analytics dashboard. Alongside that — marketing and brand for Top Netics itself. The tasks here are global and strategic by nature. At the same time, this is a hands-on role: you’re comfortable getting into the details yourself — setting up a tool, digging into data, testing a hypothesis — when it’s needed, not just setting direction.
Your responsibilities
* Build marketing strategy for each product we launch — from acquisition channels to positioning and growth. This is the core of the role.
* In parallel, build out marketing and brand for Top Netics as a company.
* Develop growth strategy: acquisition channels, funnels, growth hypotheses.
* Build a funnel metrics system (acquisition → activation → retention → revenue) shared across all products.
* Define a traffic allocation model — the principles for how budget and attention are distributed across products based on stage and potential.
* Build an analytics dashboard that gives visibility into key marketing metrics in one place.
* Integrate marketing with the sales system: align lead handoff between marketing and sales, shared funnel metrics, and end-to-end analytics from first touch to closed deal.
* Introduce marketing processes and standards that scale to new products.
* Lead the team that already handles content production — integrate that work into the overall marketing strategy and grow the team as needed.
* Personally do hands-on work where needed: setting up campaigns, analytics, tests.
* Use AI tools to speed up routine marketing work.
* Work with founders and product teams to align on priorities and resources.
* Track and optimize budgets and ROI.
What we’re looking for
* Experience building marketing/growth strategy for a product from 0 to 1 — at a startup, digital agency, or venture — with 4+ years in marketing overall.
* Hands-on experience with practical tools: analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar), basic CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot or similar) — no need for deep enterprise-level administration.
* Experience coordinating with sales — lead generation, lead handoff, end-to-end funnel.
* Experience leading a small team (for example, a content team).
* Willingness to combine strategy with hands-on execution — this is a core requirement of the role, not a “nice to have.”
* Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure where none exists yet.
* English — B2+ and above.
* Proactivity.
Nice to have
* Marketing experience with blockchain/Web3 or AI/ML products.
* Experience working at a venture builder or a company with multiple owned products.
* Experience using AI tools for marketing automation.
* Experience launching products in international markets (MENA, US, Europe, Africa).
