We’re looking for a Part-Time Product Manager to support the beta launch and stabilization of a mobile е-commerce application for a well-known Ukrainian brand.
This role is focused on product analytics, monitoring key product metrics, identifying issues, and translating product insights into actionable tasks for the development team.
The development team already owns technical estimation, budget discussions, and prioritization with the client. Your role will be to bring a strong product perspective, monitor how the product performs after launch, and represent the development team in product-related discussions with the client.
What You’ll Do
* Set up and monitor key product metrics, including MAU, DAU, conversion, retention, orders, and other relevant KPIs during the beta launch.
* Analyze product performance on a weekly basis and present key findings and recommendations to the client.
* Identify trends, bottlenecks, and potential product issues based on analytics and user feedback.
* Monitor critical bugs and negative user feedback after releases and coordinate appropriate responses with the development team.
* Help translate product insights and customer feedback into clear development tasks.
* Work closely with the development team to align on product-related tasks and requirements.
* Represent the team in product discussions with the client and ensure clear communication between both sides.
* Support the product during the beta launch and stabilization period.
What We’re Looking For
* 6+ years of experience in Product Management.
* Hands-on experience setting up, working with, and interpreting product analytics.
* Strong understanding of product metrics such as MAU, DAU, conversion, retention, and orders.
* Experience turning analytical insights and user feedback into actionable product improvements.
* Comfortable working closely with development teams and defining product tasks without owning technical estimates or budgets.
* Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
* Ability to work independently and make data-driven product decisions.
* Availability for part-time engagement of 4 hours per week.
Nice to Have
* Experience with mobile ecommerce applications.
* Experience organizing or supporting beta testing through TestFlight or Google Play Internal Testing.
* Experience working with Flutter-based products.
* Experience working with mobile product analytics tools

Project
You’ll join a mobile ecommerce project for Ukrainian brand. The application is built with Flutter and is currently entering the beta launch and stabilization stage.
The main focus of the role is to monitor product performance, track user behavior and business metrics, analyze results, identify critical issues, and help the team respond quickly to problems after release.
This is a part-time product role, not a full product ownership position. The development team is responsible for technical estimates, budget, and delivery priorities, while the Product Manager provides product analytics, insights, requirements, and client-facing product communication.
