Join a project focused on improving wealth management services through business process automation and optimization. In this role, you will work extensively with Creatio platform, helping stakeholders define, improve, and implement business processes and system solutions. The position combines business analysis, process modeling, and close collaboration with development and QA teams to ensure business needs are translated into effective and well-documented solutions.
Required for this role * 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects. * Hands-on experience working with the Creatio platform and a solid understanding of its functionality, business processes, entities, workflows, and system configuration. * Experience analyzing, documenting, implementing, or automating business processes within Creatio. * Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management. * Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Experience with AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis, process modeling, and creating diagrams using BPMN, UML, or similar techniques. * Ability to identify process gaps, dependencies, optimization opportunities, and automation improvements. * Understanding AI concepts such as AI agents, prompts and Human-in-the-Loop workflows * Hands on experience with AI usage in SDLC (using agents for requirements engineering, analysis, documentation management, etc.) to accelerate business analysis activities * Experience collaborating with developers, QA engineers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders, including leading requirements clarification sessions. * Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Agile software development methodologies and SDLC. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Your responsibilities * Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Creatio-based solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders. * Analyze existing business processes, define AS-IS and TO-BE models, and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. * Transform business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Define and document Creatio business processes, workflows, entities, system behavior, and functional specifications. * Collaborate with Creatio developers and QA engineers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly. * Provide requirements clarification and functional support throughout the development and delivery lifecycle. * Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and other Agile ceremonies. * Review delivered functionality against business requirements and support user acceptance activities. * Maintain requirements documentation and related artifacts in Jira and Confluence, while aligning stakeholders on priorities and decisions.
