• Manage direct email campaigns, ensuring that the latest email marketing practices are used in email templates, such as graphics, personalization, advanced features; • Work on email content, including design, ensuring that the emails follow industry policies and best practices; • Manage and control the end-to-end email production from content development, copywriting, brand and messaging approvals, production, deployment, and reporting • Manage and grow our email contact database. Implement segmentation strategies to improve lead generation through persona-based and targeted marketing strategies • Managing the marketing plan and run the campaigns to maximize customers LTV; • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements; A/B and MVT Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective; • Tracking and reporting on email deliverability and overall performance in order to guide improvements; • Working closely to develop a clear CRM strategy, as well as reporting to the Head of Growth on CRM activities.
