Requirements:
● At least 3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
● Key UX skills: user research, persona development, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
● Expertise in designing responsive interfaces that perform well across devices, from desktops to mobile.
● Know how to apply guidelines for building native iOS and Android applications.
● Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
● Proficient in user-centered design, including intuitive user flows, accessibility, micro-interactions, and animations.
● Adaptable to quickly evolve designs based on feedback, testing, and insights.
● Strong aesthetic sense in composition, color theory, and typography. Keeping up with the latest UI trends, tools, and best practices to ensure designs are current and competitive.
● Flexible in experimenting with new styles, approaches, and technologies in UI design.
● Effective collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life.
● Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English.

● Familiarity with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator), animation tools (Jitter, Principle), Maze, and Keynote.
● Background in web or graphic design.
● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
