We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who can use the power of words to engage, educate, and inspire our audience. Your ability to align content with business goals is essential, and a good sense of humor is highly welcomed! Key requirements: Above all, you consider writing to be your craft ✍️ * Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Ukrainian. * Strong editorial judgment with attention to detail and quality. * 1+ years of proven experience as a technology content writer, copywriter, or similar. * Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge, understand various technical topics, familiarity with AI. * Data-driven approach and ability to conduct research using multiple sources. * Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). * Basic experience with Figma, Canva, and similar. * Proficiency in working with Google Docs, Sheets, and related tools. * Ability to meet deadlines.
As a plus: * Relevant experience writing for B2B, SaaS or tech brands would be a HUGE plus. * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field. * Understanding of the basic principles behind creating strong SEO and linkbait content. * Experience with Ahrefs, SE Ranking, SurferSEO, frase.io, or other AI content optimization tools. * Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Notion, Jira, Trello, Slack. * Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, tools, email marketing and web analytics. * Knowledge of other languages besides en, ua, ru.
Responsibilities: * Acquire deep knowledge of HelpCrunch’s software, niche and target audience to clearly articulate the unique selling points. * Create high-quality, fact-filled, thoroughly researched, and engaging content for blog posts, news, email newsletters, case studies, help center articles, landing pages, e-books etc. * Utilize best practices in SEO to maximize content visibility and engagement. * Craft engaging social media posts, and distribute content through other relevant channels. * Ensure all-around consistency — style, fonts, images, brand positioning, and tone of voice.
