What you will do • Responsibility for the design and development of innovative, service-oriented software solutions based on Java, JavaScript, Angular • Independent creation of the technical solution design for cloud and hybrid architectures in Azure • Technical guidance of an interdisciplinary, agile development team as well as active participation in the implementation of the software solutions • Creation of integration concepts between interactive customer applications and backend systems • Cross-departmental collaboration with product managers and software architects • Technical release coordination • Accompanying the software solutions throughout their life cycle and supporting other activities, such as creating and reviewing test cases, defining APIs and common service and information security requirements. What you need for this * 5+ years of experience in the IT Industry as a Lead/Architect * Great understanding of Application Architecture patterns and best practices * Practical experience in technical design preparation and presenting * Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics * Ability to recommend a solution to internal/external stakeholders clearly articulating the pros and cons of various solutions * Ability to analyze and operate at various levels of abstraction * DevOps mindset and agile software development with a hands-on mentality * Experience in building and deploying to Azure (or comparable cloud environments) * Knowledge of Kafka as streaming data technology or comparable event-driven systems * Deep analytical, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills * Flexibility, emotional maturity * Proven expertise using the container-based approach for the different environments (production, development, integration, staging): Docker, Kubernetes, Swarm, etc. * Hands-on experience with MS Azure * Proven expertise in Continuous Integration/Delivery approaches and tools * Hands-on experience designing and deploying on-premises applications into Kubernetes * Advanced communication skills in English both written and spoken (B2 or higher) * Perfect understanding of Ukrainian
Nice to have: * Deep knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL * Team management and leadership skills * Hands-on experience with the Atlassian toolchain * Hands-on experience in developing Java applications managed by Kubernetes
