This position is available either remotely or on-site in Warsaw. Key Responsibilities: * Market Growth: Execute business plans to expand market share across key European markets. * Channel Development: Strengthen partnerships with distributors, large retailers, and specialty baby stores. Identify and onboard new sales channels to grow brand presence. * Business Expansion: Leverage existing brand recognition to deepen penetration in current markets while preparing for new global opportunities. * Customer & Partner Engagement: Build strong, lasting relationships with distributors, partners, and retailers. Provide support and ensure successful cooperation at every stage. * Go-to-Market Execution: Lead product launches, trade promotions, and participation in key industry events to maximize visibility. * Collaboration: Work closely with international teams in marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure aligned execution. * Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate agreements that create long-term value for both the company and its partners. * Reporting: Provide regular updates on performance, pipeline, and market dynamics, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
Experience Required: * Minimum of 3 years of progressive B2B sales experience * Advanced English is required * Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage key accounts. * Strong background in customer and retailer engagement, with the ability to turn insights into measurable sales results. * Flexible, mobile, and open to Saturday work (with a compensatory day off provided during the week)
