Who We’re Looking For We are specifically looking for a lawyer with proven experience in high-risk fintech or payments within Europe. General corporate or traditional banking experience alone will not be sufficient for this role.
You should have practical experience working with high-risk and non-standard digital business models, as well as merchants, PSPs, acquirers, banks, and other financial counterparties.
Experience with industries such as iGaming, Forex/trading, crypto, affiliate businesses, adult, or other high-risk digital verticals will be highly relevant.
We’re looking for someone who understands the commercial realities of the high-risk payments industry, can identify potential legal risks early, and is able to provide clear, practical, business-oriented solutions rather than purely theoretical legal advice.
