We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payment Specialist (PSP) to join our team remotely. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth, secure, and compliant processing of all financial transactions and maintaining our critical payment infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: As a Payment Specialist (PSP), you will be responsible for managing daily financial flows and operational compliance: * Review, process, and execute incoming and outgoing financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers) accurately and promptly. * Monitor the status of payments across various channels, including gateways, banks, and e-wallet providers; proactively resolve any issues, delays, or discrepancies. * Ensure all transactions strictly adhere to internal policies, regulatory standards, and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. * Validate client identity and documentation (KYC procedures) in accordance with financial security protocols. * Communicate regularly with banks and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) regarding integrations, transaction statuses, fee structures, and troubleshooting. * Collaborate closely with the Customer Support team to efficiently address and resolve client financial inquiries. * Prepare precise daily and monthly reports on payment operations, transaction volumes, and reconciliation data.
Requirements and Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field. * Experience: Proven professional experience in a payments, back office, or finance role is essential. * Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of payment systems, financial operations, and basic regulatory compliance (e.g., KYC/AML). * Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Excel (for reporting and analysis) and familiarity with CRM or payment processing platforms. * Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are mandatory. * Work Ethic: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * Integrity: High level of integrity and discretion when working with sensitive financial data. * Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, especially when interacting with external PSPs and internal stakeholders.
