We are looking for a UI/UX Designer on an on-demand basis to support our client with design decisions.
Expected workload of approximately 20 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities * Creation of UI concepts, wireframes, and prototypes * Supporting and guiding the development team on best UX/UI practices * Contributing to product strategy and development processes
Role Requirements * At least 3+ years as a UI/UX Designer (portfolio required) * Data-driven mindset with curiosity about data behind UI/UX decisions * Strong understanding of conversion optimization and usability best practices * Proficiency in client communication and ability to defend decisions * Strong communication skills: English B2+, Ukrainian — fluent.
Interview Process * Portfolio Review * Intro Call with Recruiter (up to 45 min) * Technical Interview (up to 60 min) * PM Interview (up 30 min)
