We’re looking for a Content Manager to join our team and drive the growth of high-quality, SEO-driven content.
Your impact: * Develop and manage content plans based on SEO analytics, audience needs, and market trends. * Plan and oversee the creation of new content as well as regular updates of existing articles. * Review, fact-check, and refine content to ensure consistency with the brand’s Tone of Voice and Google’s E-E-A-T standards. * Optimize content structure, metadata, internal linking, and on-page SEO elements based on search intent and LSI principles. * Analyze content performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversions, and identify growth opportunities. * Manage remote writers and freelancers: sourcing, onboarding, assigning tasks, managing deadlines, and providing constructive feedback. * Ensure high-quality standards across all stages of the content production process.
About you: * 2+ years of experience as a Content Manager in IT/Product companies. * Hands-on experience managing remote writers or freelance teams. * Advanced or strong Upper-Intermediate (B2) English with excellent proofreading and editing skills. * Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with tools such as Ahrefs and Semrush. * Experience working with Google Analytics and Google Search Console. * Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and process management skills. * Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
Nice to have: * Experience in Health & Fitness or other YMYL industries. * Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to optimize content workflows. * Basic knowledge of HTML and graphic editing tools.
