Responsibilities and Duties ● Tune autoscaling and resource allocation for our API services ● Manage Release Lifecycle for multi-region multi-cluster installation of 100+ services ● Automate operations and infrastructure management ● Improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response ● Resolve issues with our production systems and build solutions to prevent them from reoccurring ● Improve the quality of deployment, monitoring, and security automation tooling to improve reliability and velocity ● Managing back-up and data security ● Participation in the on-call rotation (working hours only)
Qualifications and Skills ● 3+ years of experience ● Strong Linux skills and cloud infrastructure expertise ● Kubernetes operational knowledge ● Experience building infrastructure as code (using Terraform and GitOps) ● Knowledge of basic CI/CD patterns and source control systems ● Familiarity with networking and caching ● Familiarity with DBA operations, preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB ● A DevOps/SRE mindset: you enjoy debugging complex systems and automating solutions ● Ability to work well as both part of a team and independently, be self-motivated to keep the system reliable and running smoothly. ● Good communication and planning skills
