We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build, scale, and secure our robust infrastructure.
The Role As our DevOps Engineer, you will take ownership of our infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security for our AML checking applications. You will be bridging the gap between development and operations, managing our hybrid environment across Hetzner and AWS, and maintaining our deployment pipelines.

What You’ll Own * Infrastructure Management: Provision, configure, and maintain servers and infrastructure primarily on Hetzner, alongside our cloud resources in AWS. * Containerization: Manage, deploy, and scale our Dockerized applications efficiently. * CI/CD Optimization: Maintain and improve our continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub. * System Reliability & Monitoring: Ensure maximum uptime and performance of our AML processing nodes and databases. Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems. * Security & Compliance: Apply best practices for security at the infrastructure level, ensuring our environments are hardened and data is protected. * Automation: Automate repetitive tasks and streamline infrastructure provisioning (experience with IaC tools is a huge plus).
What We’re Looking For * 5+ years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, or in a similar role. * Strong hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration. * Solid background in managing bare-metal/cloud infrastructure on Hetzner and AWS. * Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and version control using GitHub. * Strong Linux system administration and networking skills. * Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.) for automation. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and system architecture.
Nice to Have * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible). * Familiarity with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). * Understanding of blockchain technology, RPC nodes, or cryptographic principles.
