Devart Team as a key member of our finance team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our company’s financial future. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to smooth operations, insightful financial planning, and overall business growth.
The impact you will make: * Maintain accounting for Ukrainian LLCs * Provide accounting support for contractors (FOPs), including registration and offboarding * Prepare tax and statutory reports in line with Ukrainian legislation * Support payroll-related processes * Process primary documentation and perform accounting reconciliations * Monitor changes in Ukrainian tax regulations and ensure ongoing compliance * Manage a high volume of FOP-related processes and meet reporting deadlines while coordinating with multiple stakeholders * Support ongoing finance operational tasks
What We’re Looking For: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field * 2+ years of accounting experience, including hands-on work with Ukrainian LLCs and FOPs * Solid knowledge of Ukrainian tax regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements * Experience with FOP support — registration, offboarding, and ongoing documentation * Experience in tax and financial reporting * Experience with payroll administration * Proficiency in BAS / 1C, M.E.Doc, and Excel * Result-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership * Attention to detail and ability to work proactively and independently
