Skill set and experience we believe you should have for that role * Proven experience in Java/Kotlin application design, development, and testing * Proven experience with SQL databases (writing complex queries/optimizations) * Proven experience with the KAFKA message broker * Proven experience (Spring (5+ Web / Data preferred, Dropwizard) * Solid understanding and design of REST, etc APIs * Strong testing methodology (Integration and automation test) * Delivering high-availability systems to production * Familiarity with Kubernetes * Understanding principles and services of any of (GCP, AWS) * Excellent communication skills (English B2+)
Nice to have: * Understanding of principles Spark / DataBricks / other related distributed processing tools * Frontend development (React), * Backend development (Python) * Overall fullstack agentic coding experience with Claude Code or similar tools
Role Responsibilities * Maintaining the existing code base and development of new functionality from scratch * Resolving tasks provided by the client using Java/Kotlin/Puthon/React programming language and related technologies * Documenting code, designing charts * Visiting meetings organized by Insart and Leadspace * Clarifying requirements provided by the client * Interacting with other team members to synchronize efforts * Implementing changes based on the feedback provided in the Code Review * Compliancing with the deadlines
