The main goal of this role is to help the company use data more effectively for business decisions — not only by preparing reports, but also by identifying risks, finding opportunities, validating assumptions, explaining performance changes, and delivering practical recommendations to stakeholders.
You will work closely with the Analytics Lead, marketing teams, coordinators, and other business stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical thinking, solid SQL skills, business curiosity, and the ability to translate complex data into clear conclusions.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role. * Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. * Experience with BigQuery or another analytical database / data warehouse. * Experience with BI tools such as: Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI or similar. * Proficiency with spreadsheets, such as Google Sheets or Excel. * Strong analytical thinking: ability to investigate business problems using data, translate questions into logic, and deliver clear conclusions. * Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, cohort analysis, or performance diagnostics. * Basic understanding of statistics and ability to interpret experiment or performance results correctly. * Understanding of common business and marketing metrics such as CTR, CVR, conversion rate, revenue, ROI, retention, and campaign performance. * Ability to work with imperfect data, validate assumptions, and clearly communicate data limitations. * Proactive mindset: ability to identify issues and opportunities, not only respond to direct requests. * English level B1 or higher.
Nice to have: * Experience in email marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation. * Familiarity with ESP, CRM, tracking, attribution, or marketing automation data. * Experience with Python for analysis, automation, or data validation.
Responsibilities: * Analyze marketing and affiliate campaign performance across key funnel and business metrics. * Analyze results across business segments, such as campaigns, partners, offers, traffic sources, lead groups, and marketing channels. * Identify performance drops, traffic quality issues, risky patterns, and potential business opportunities. * Provide data-driven answers, insights, and practical recommendations to business stakeholders. * Prepare clear summaries and conclusions for non-technical audiences. * Proactively raise analytical topics based on patterns, anomalies, or opportunities found in the data. * Analyze business data to support segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization. * Support and analyze A/B tests and other business experiments. * Investigate data inconsistencies and work with Data Operations and Data Engineering to clarify and resolve them. * Document analytical logic, metric definitions, assumptions, and known data limitations.
