Requirements: * 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development; * Strong experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC); * Good understanding of HTTP, JavaScript, and related web technologies; * Hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, including: Apex Triggers and Classes; Formulas, Workflows, and Approval Processes; Custom Objects and Fields; Sharing Rules, Page Layouts, Record Types, and Permission Sets; Reports and Dashboards; * Experience with Salesforce integrations using Salesforce APIs; * Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles; * Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English; * Strong communication and collaboration skills; * Analytical and algorithmic thinking; * Ability to adapt to new challenges and solve complex technical problems; * Proactive mindset with a “can-do, will-do” attitude
Will be a plus: * Salesforce Cloud certifications; * Experience with Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA); * Experience working with enterprise Salesforce solutions
Responsibilities: * Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on product and business requirements; * Develop and customize Salesforce functionality using Apex, LWC, and platform tools; * Collaborate in an Agile environment with Product Managers, Engineers, and customers; * Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas for improving solutions; * Communicate with customers to understand requirements and provide technical expertise; * Work with additional technologies and tools when required by project needs; * Continuously improve technical skills and share knowledge with the team.
