Acropolium, together with its international partner, is looking for a Java Developer to join a project focused on building and maintaining scalable backend solutions in a Microsoft Azure environment.
You will be responsible for developing backend services, designing APIs, and delivering reliable, high-quality software using modern cloud technologies.
Project Details * Location: Remote * Collaboration: Full-time * International team
Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java * Develop and maintain REST APIs * Build cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services * Design and optimize SQL / MS SQL databases * Write unit tests and ensure high code quality * Participate in code reviews and technical discussions * Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, and stakeholders
Requirements * Strong commercial experience with Java backend development * Experience building REST APIs * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure * Experience with Azure Functions * Strong knowledge of SQL / MS SQL * Experience writing unit tests * Understanding of software development best practices * Good communication skills * English — Intermediate+ or higher
Nice to Have * Experience with Azure-native services * Experience working in Agile teams * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines * Cloud architecture experience
